Hello everyone,
During Term 2 I will be returning to LPS after spending a year abroad with my husband. I spent most of my time in Seoul, South Korea where I taught English to Grade 1 students at a school called Dongbuk Elementary. I also had a few opportunities to see many countries in Asia and some in South America. I saw some truly amazing places that took my breath away including the Taj Mahal, The Great Wall, Macchu Picchu, Iguazu Falls, Sugar Loaf Mountain, Teotihuacan and some beautiful islands and beaches in the world. These things will inspire many of my own personal art projects and will satisfy my desire to travel for a while.
This blog is designed to be a celebration of the art work created by the students who use Studio 2, weekly I will upload photos of work that has been created, a note will go home with the student to inform you that their work has been chosen to appear on this blog.
I may also send requests for recycled art supplies, such as plastic bottles or old magazines.
