Free Time in the Art room

One sunny day recently, a group of Grade 3 students decided to stay inside and create some designs using Hama Beads, here are some of their creations.

Grade 4 Peacock Feathers

Thank you to all those that visited the Art room on Open Night. It was great to share the excitement the students have when they enter the Art room and glad to see many happy faces when shown their child's work. We have some truly talented students here at Lynbrook.

This week Grade 4 students used pencil and oil pastels to draw a realistic and a creative peacock feather. Please take your time to look at these stunning pieces.

Road Signs

It has been very busy in the Art room the past few weeks, Students across all year levels have looked at  the road signs we see daily and have had to incorporate these into a piece of artwork. Grade 6's have looked at an artist "Jeffery Smart" who regularly uses signs in his creations. Please enjoy this weeks artwork.

Grade three students painted after NAPLAN testing

Grade 5 and 6 students were happy to create using a medium of their choice.

Grade 4 students used pastels to make a realistic road sign and a creative road sign.
